We accept limited, clearly-labelled sponsorship from vendors. All sponsored placements are disclosed transparently and never alter user-generated ratings.

What we do not do

We do not run paid search or shopping ads for these substances; many fall under "unapproved pharmaceuticals" and such advertising is restricted. We rely on organic search, our newsletter, and the community.

We do not allow advertisers to influence editorial content, safety information, or moderation.
